Aetherium Acquisition Corp. Announces the Separate Trading of its Shares of Class A Common Stock and Warrants, Commencing February 22, 2022

New York, NY, Feb. 18, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- Aetherium Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) announced today that, commencing February 22, 2022, holders of the units sold in the Company’s initial public offering completed on January 3, 2022, may elect to separately trade the shares of Class A common stock and warrants included in such units on The Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”).

The shares of Class A common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols “GMFI” and “GMFIW,” respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol “GMFIU.” Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the units into shares of Class A common stock and warrants.

The units were initially offered by the Company in an underwritten offering. EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments LLC, acted as sole book-running manager of the offering. A registration statement relating to these securities was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on December 29, 2021.
