With over 25 years of experience in banking and corporate finance, Jonathan Chan has held senior positions covering the technology, media, and telecom sectors. He is the Managing Partner at Vigilant Assets and previously held roles as the Head of Southeast Asia Investment Banking at CLSA, the Asia Head of Technology Investment Banking at Salomon Smith Barney/Citibank, Managing Director at Vickers Advisory Partners, and M&A Director at British Telecom and Cable & Wireless.

As the visionary founder & CEO of Jules Corp, an EdTech social enterprise with a mission “to prepare our children for the digital jobs of the future”, he led the creation of the world's first Digital Literacy curriculum that is licensed to preschools. The Jules “School of Fish Computational Thinking Curriculum” is the most awarded product in its category and is recognized by its partner, UNICEF as playing a pivotal role in teaching digital literacy to early childhood education years.

Jonathan holds an MBA from Washington University’s Olin School of Business and a BSc. from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business.

Alex has over 20 years of corporate finance experience in the technology sector, encompassing SaaS, digital media/marketing, blockchain & fintech. He spent 15 years advising and creating cross-border business partnerships and investments between China and the U.S.

Alex founded and was CEO at Liquidigy, a security token issuance and investment platform and is an active digital assets portfolio manager and angel investor. He co-founded Singapore-based BITCV Foundation, focusing on the development of blockchain powered technologies and applications that facilitates the management of blockchain assets.

Alex was previously a Director of International Affairs at the China Internet Network Information Center (“CNNIC”) and co-founder of two start-ups, NameRich.cn & Dot Trademark Registry. He also held a role as Director of Strategic Partnerships at BlueFocus International.

Alex graduated with a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Northeastern University and possess a FINRA Series 63 & SIE license.

Our COO, Jon Jr. is a Director at Vigilant Assets.

He was previously a Senior Analyst at Duane Morris & Selvam law firm in Singapore and brings a wealth of knowledge in blockchain advisory and regulatory compliance. As Head of eSports Engagement Strategy, he also advised technology platforms on their blockchain stress testing and digitalization strategies, including token implementations. Jon Jr. was a speaker at the 2019 World Blockchain Summit Marvels.

Jonathan graduated from Pepperdine University in 2020, Fudan University in 2018, and the Singapore American School in 2015.

Eddie has over 5 years’ experience in technology start-ups across product management, business development and strategies and digital branding & marketing.

He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Thryft, Asia’s largest online pre-loved bookstore with a mission to become the leading online thrift in Asia. Thryft has a presence in 8 countries and has expanded its range of products to include pre-loved clothes.

Eddie graduated with a BSc. (Honours) in Computer Science from Yale-NUS College.
